Our Core Values
Our core values represent what we stand by at our center. Our center is designed so that children are in classrooms based on their age and development, with the same teacher every day, and our program is structured and consistent, which helps children feel confident and safe.
We provide a loving and nurturing environment for children. We have a passion for child development at all ages and strive to ensure that developmentally appropriate curriculum is utilized in all of our learning centers. We have put strict policies and procedures into place to ensure the quality of our program is consistent.
We provide “Exceptional Early Learning” that you can trust. We work hard to support children’s need for love, acceptance, and importance by providing quality child care in a loving, fun, educational way. Our desire is to create an environment that promotes social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.

Meet Sarah Bouvier
Owner & Executive Director
Hi my name is Sarah Bouvier. I am the owner of Bright Stars Learning Center. I have owned and operated learning centers for 25 years. I have a Child Development Associate Degree.
I have always had a passion teaching and caring for young children. I want to enrich the lives of all of the children in our care. I want to make a difference by offering quality childcare to our families.
I am the mother of 4 incredible boys. I have been married for 26 years to a husband who supports me, in all that I do. I love to go on vacation with my family, cook, sew and crafting, and making the flower hairpieces that I wear everyday.
We cannot control the future but we can prepare our children to thrive in whatever the future holds.

Fully Licensed
We are fully licensed, operating to National Standards. We go above and beyond to ensure that our center is in compliance by completing monthly Comprehensive Center Assessments. They cover state/national requirements, but additional requirements set forth by the owners as well, with the goal of achieving higher quality.
Child-Centered
We believe that all children need to feel safe, secure and loved. Our staff knows that the most important role they play is to put the safety, health, and welfare of the children they care for first. Our goal is to provide an environment that is safe, warm, welcoming, educational, and fun at all times.
Peace of Mind
Your children are protected! We have a door code that is only known by enrolled families. Nobody can gain access to the building unless they have the code or a staff member/Director lets them in. We also have security cameras outside the building and inside every classroom that can be accessed by Administration.
Daily Schedule and Curriculum
We are a learning center, not a free-range daycare. Our curriculum engages children from infant to age five with developmentally appropriate activities that adhere to early childhood education industry standards. It was designed with children and teachers in mind. Your child will be receiving the best care and education possible.
Qualified Staff
All of our staff must pass an Extensive Background Check through the State of Idaho, as well as be current in Adult, Child, & Infant CPR/First Aid. Staff undergo a rigorous three-week training program to ensure they meet state, owner, and parents' standards.
Extracurricular Programs
We are pleased to provide programs: Spanish, Music (Northwest Academy of Music), Library (local library), Gymnastics (Basic Balance), Police/Firefighter Safety (local law enforcement agency), and Dental Hygiene (Little Smiles).
Large Playgrounds
A fun playground with a track to run and ride bikes along, newer play equipment, and a separate space for the younger and older children to play. A fence has also been constructed to provide full-perimeter security to the playground.
We Have an App For You
Our communications app, Procare Connect, is a special tool that we use to communicate with all our families! Through the app, we will send you pics, info, updates, and daily reports! You can also directly message your child's teacher directly! Billing is also available on the app for your needs.
